This winter I bought myself such a cream, I liked it. By the way, this whole series is for winters not bad - and for the face, and for the legs, and for the hands.
This one for hands is weatherproof, contains raspberry seed oil, cocoa, shea, oxygen complex. I applied it for the first time, went outside and walked without gloves for quite a long time, although it was cold and I myself do not tolerate frost very well, I freeze. The product, by the way, is quite cheap, even if for some reason it doesn’t fit, it won’t be a pity for the money.
In winter, it is not recommended to apply creams containing water to the skin. Therefore, it is better to exclude the application of moisturizing creams in winter when going out into the cold. The best protection against cold and wind in winter is thick fat creams. I like to use Nivea cream in a blue jar in winter. It is very thick and oily, so it is not easy to rub on the hands. In principle, I think, if the skin is completely dry and cracks or peels off, then you can first apply a softening cream on your hands, and then, as it absorbs a little, oily. It is both mitigation and protection.
I like the hydroactive cream, it moisturizes perfectly, it is well absorbed without leaving greasy marks. I don't even want to remember how I got along without it. Now I can brag about my hands, they are tender, soft and look much younger.
An expensive cream is not an indicator of its quality and help in winter to your hands.
Personally, I use the usual inexpensive cream One Hundred Beauty Recipesquot ;. There are many varieties of it: honey, with aloe juice, almond, 7 active oils, ginseng, lemon-glycerin, olive.
Everyone is very helpful. The cream is thick and nourishing, but not greasy, quickly absorbed.

Preparing your skin for winter
Since winter hardships are ahead, let's take care of the skin in advance. Enriched over the summer with ultraviolet radiation and vitamins, by autumn it should look smooth, supple and soft. If something is not in order, we take measures before the onset of frost and cold weather. With dehydration of the skin, we intensively moisturize it with lotions and serums. Sebaceous glands work at half strength? We use heavy cream. Found signs of skin aging - lethargy, unevenness? We recall vitamin creams and creams with “anti-aging” ingredients.
Do you need a moisturizer in winter?
For many years, both women and cosmetologists have been debating whether or not to use a moisturizer in winter. Some categorically say "no" and believe that the water molecules contained in such a cream, crystallizing in the cold, adversely affect the skin tissue. Others argue the opposite: the basis of moisturizing creams is not moisture, but substances that prevent it from evaporating from the surface of the skin, and therefore there is nothing to turn into ice crystals. In addition, due to its 36.6 ° C, the human body cannot allow anything applied to the skin to freeze, even in frost.
Which side to believe, let everyone decide for themselves. One thing is undeniably clear: the skin dries out in winter and needs additional moisture, it needs to be moisturized. In order not to experiment on yourself, it is best to do this, for example, in the evening, and not immediately before going outside. This remark especially applies to gels that create a cooling effect, as well as scrubs and masks.
Cream No. 1 - nourishing
As soon as the thermometer outside the window starts to show values below zero degrees, the skin needs a nourishing cream and protection. Frost dries the skin, and a rich nourishing cream will protect it from overdrying and frostbite. If there is no special cream for winter conditions at hand, any night cream will do temporarily - it is fatter, more nutritious than day cream. Special "winter" creams have only their own texture. They seem to envelop the skin and thereby relieve the feeling of discomfort from the aggressive action of the cold. Acids, Omega 6, magnesium and vitamin C contained in nourishing creams preserve the vitality of the skin and its radiant beauty.
And what about acne? Perhaps a rich nourishing cream will contribute to an even greater blockage of the sebaceous ducts and an increase in the number of acne? Acne in winter can really worsen, but the reason for this is reduced immunity, thickening of the skin as a reaction to a cold snap. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen measures to clean the skin and do the procedures no later than 3-5 hours before going out the door, but the protection from frosty air and wind is still the same - a nourishing cream.

2. The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector
I believe that this cream does not need a special introduction. It is loved for its properties and hated for its smell, I rather love it and I rather like the smell, which cannot be said about my martyr, he just turns back.
I like the packaging: both the iron tube and the cap. But I'm afraid someday the tube will bend and a hole will appear
The composition is good: glycerin, oils, allantoin (according to the manufacturer, it softens and soothes), panthenol, silicone (someone may not like it), vitamins A, E (most likely they are used as preservatives, but still better than parabens) . 
The cream is very thick in consistency, perhaps the thickest of all that I have had. Quite oily (but “pleasantly oily”!) and feels like it has oils in it. When you start rubbing, the oils melt, the sensations are pleasant. Economical. For a day, the cream is too oily for me to work at a computer and with papers. 
On the one hand, the cream is called “protective”, and I sometimes apply it before going outside. On the other hand, the manufacturer writes: “To enhance the effect of the cream, apply it at night and wear moisturizing gloves from The Body Shop” (replaced by any gloves). So I also apply it (although I read the manufacturer's recommendation only today), moreover, the gloves will protect others from the smell. Nourishes the cream well, the hands after it are soft, well-groomed.
In general, the cream is both protective and nourishing.
And now the minus that I noticed. Somehow I came from the street with chapped hands. Apply this cream. But the skin did not like it, it turned red, irritation appeared. She ran to flush. Maybe I should have been patient, and it would have passed, I know this happens sometimes, but I did not wait. The cream definitely does not soothe the skin, although, as I noted above, the manufacturer writes that allantoin in the cream is designed to do just that.

3. Kamill Intensive hand and nail cream
And this is my favorite cream. I'm on my third pack and will be buying more. My mom and mother-in-law also love it.
An ordinary tube made of soft plastic with an opening lid (never broke, by the way). Volume 100 ml. Cream of average consistency, white, quite a bit oily. The smell is quite pleasant, herbal.
Feature of the cream: I can apply it a lot, but it is all absorbed! I like it. I put it on at night, in the morning my hands are moisturized, nourished, rested, ready for work and defense. In the afternoon, I can also apply it sometimes, but it’s greasy.

The composition may not be super-duper, but the cream suits me perfectly, so I don’t really look at it. The main thing is that it works. Moreover, a good price. I am one of those who are not willing to pay more if you can't see the difference.

Cream of normal consistency, not thick and not liquid, white in color. Not greasy, not oily. The smell is light, pleasant, unobtrusive. I use the cream during the day or before going out, so I apply a small amount. 
I really like this cream! He is kind of pleasant, gentle and "caring". Softens, protects, cares. It just soothes the skin if it is irritated (unlike "cannabis"). I checked it by accident: I somehow applied it to my armpits after epilation (although I know that it’s better not to smear anything). In just a few minutes, the cream soothed the skin, quickly absorbed. So for me this cream is "calming".
I will definitely buy more if I see it, the price is ridiculous.

5. Lush Lemony Flutter 
Also a fairly well-known product on Beautician. According to the manufacturer, this is a cuticle butter, but you can smear it on other dry parts of the body. I use it for cuticles, sometimes I smear my hands when they are too dry.
The smell is lemony, but “chimous”, strong. The consistency is thick, oily, slightly grainy. When applied to the skin, the oil begins to melt. 
I only wear at night. Overnight, the oil is completely absorbed, softens and nourishes the cuticle. Somehow I applied it during the day (with a cotton swab) and the oil was absorbed quickly, in less than half an hour! But the cuticle was very dry at that moment, the oil softened it perfectly. If I didn’t forget to smear every night, then I think the effect would be excellent and my cuticle would look better.
On the one hand, oil is not so cheap, but on the other hand, it is consumed very economically.
